3 month supply items purchased in July

It was such a busy month in July that I wasn't able to keep up weekly with the great deals for 3 month supply items. So, here's a list of what I can remember that I was able to get this past month.
2- Wisk Detergent - on sale for $2.49, used (2) $1.00 off coupon = $1.49 each

2 - Bic Razors (I think they were a 6 pack) - on sale for $3.50, used (2) $3.00 off coupons = $.50 each

4 - Colgate toothpaste - on sale for $.99, used (2) $.50 off, doubled to $1.00 off, and (2) $.75 off, doubled to $1.00 off = FREE

5 - Reach toothbrushes and 6 - Reach Flossers - on sale for $.99 each, used a variety of coupon amounts (i.e. $.50 off, or $1.00/2, $1.50/2, etc.) to get all 11 items for FREE

2 - 80 ct. Band-aid Bandages - on sale for $1.99, used (2) $.50 off, doubled to $1.00 = $.99 each (probably not the lowest price I could get for these, but decided to get them b/c we always need band-aids!!)

2- 3 ct. Popsecret Popcorn - on sale for $.99, used (2) $.50/2, doubled to $1.00/2 = $.49/box

3 - boxes of Duncan Hines Brownie Mixes - on sale for $.99 each, used (2) $.50 coupons, doubled to $1.00 off each, plus had a coupon for a free box of brownies when you buy 2 boxes.

6 - bottles of Classico Alfredo sauce - on sale for $1.49 each, used (3) $1.00/2 coupons = $.99 each, then received a catalina (coupon printed at checkout) for $1.00 off next purchase = like paying $.82/bottle

3 - Wishbone Salad dressing - on sale for $1.19 each, used (2) $.50 coupons, doubled to $1.00 and (1) e-coupon for $1.00 off = $.19 each

3 Month Supply Items

I didn't have a great week this week with getting items for my food storage supply, unless you count several 12 packs of Pepsi and packages of snacks as part of the supply! The items I did get included:
City Market:

• 1 container of Country Time Lemonade - on sale for $.99 with the mega event - Buy 10, Save $3.00 - had an ecoupon on my City Market card for $1.00 off = FREE
• 4 containers of Kool-aid - on sale for $.99 with the mega event - used (2) $1.00/2 coupons = $.49 each
• 6 cans of Chef Boyardee - on sale for $.69 with the mega event - used (2) $.50/3 coupons, doubled to $1.00/3 = $.36 each
• 4 sticks of Imperial butter - used in ad coupon from Safeway for $.79 each
• 2 - boxes of Cheerios - on sale for $2.19 with Mega Event - used (2) .50 off, doubled to $1.00 off = $1.19/box (I usually don't buy cereal at this price, but I haven't seen it at my target price of $1.49 a box before coupons in awhile. Plus, we are almost out and these were the bigger boxes, so decided to get them)
• 2 - boxes of Wheaties - on sale for $2.19 with Mega Event - used (2) $1.00 off coupons = $1.19/box
• 2 bottles of Purex Laundry detergent - on sale for $2.39, used (2) $1.00 off coupons = $1.39 each

 I did get 2 packages of 4 count cups of Minute Maid frozen lemonade for FREE - they were on sale for $.99, used (2) $.50 off, doubled to $1.00

Also got 4 - 3 Muskteers candy bars FREE - they were on sale for $.50, used (2) $1.00/2 coupon - I guess you could consider these a "comfort food" for your 3 month supply :)

Walgreens:

• 2 - Crystal Light On-the-go packs (10 count) - on sale for $1.99, used (2) $1.00 off coupons = $.99 each (I put these in my 72 hour kits to add to my bottles of water)

 I like to buy any type of office/school supplies when they are on sale, this week I got:

• 2 - Scoth Magic Tape - on sale for $1.50 each, used (2) $1.00 off coupons = $.50
• 3 - packages of Mead Envelopes (2 smaller packs of 100 and 1 letter sized envelopes of 55) - on sale for $.69 each

3 Month Supply Items - 30 Items for Under $10

Had a great week - got a lot of items that would be great to throw in 72 hour kits

2 - Men's Speed Stick Deodorant - on sale for $1.00, used (2) $.55 off coupons that doubled to $1.00 = FREE
3 - Clif Luna Bars - on sale for $1.00, used (3) $.50 off coupons that doubled to $1.00 = FREE
4 - Pure Protein Bars - on sale for $1.00, used (4) $.50 off coupons that doubled to $1.00 = FREE
3 - Huggies Baby Wipes (64 count) - on sale for $2.49, then $1.00 off when buy 5 participating items in their mega event = $1.49 each, used (3) $.50 off coupons that doubled to $1.00 = $.49 each

Wal-Mart:
4 - First Aid Kit (Travel Size) - $.97 - used (2) $1.00/2 off coupons = $.47 each (I like to keep one of these in my car and in my diaper bag too!)
2- Pert Plus Shampoo/Conditioner (Travel Size) - $.97 - used (2) $1.00 off coupons = FREE + $.06 overage - These are the perfect size for 72 hour kits
3 - Nexcare 35 count band-aids - $1.00 - used (3) $.55 off coupons = $.45 each
3 - Curad 60 count band-aids - $.96 - used (3) $.50 off coupons = $.46 each
2 - Benadryl Itch Relief Sticks - $2.38 - used (2) $2.00 off coupons = $.38 each
1 - Gain Dish Soap - $.97 - used (1) $1.00 off coupon = FREE + $.03 overage

The next item is part of my "3 month cleaning supply":
3 - Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush Scrubber Refill Pack (8 pack)- $3.97 - used (3) $3.00 off coupons = $.97 each (I was also able to get 2 more of these at the same price about a month ago, wish I had a few more $3.00 off coupons!!)

Plus received a $3 Register Reward for buying $10 in Suave products, so that is like paying $2.49 for all 4 items, or $.62 per item!!

I have been asked to do a coupon class for the ladies in our ward on the 21st of this month. I am going to teach them the basics of using coupons and focus on showing them how much you can build up your 3 month supply (since I am the food storage chairperson for the ward) by shopping sales and using coupons. 

I am going to TRY to start listing weekly what items you can get for free or close to free to put towards your 3 month supply - both food and non-food items.
